## A workspace that follows your responsibilities
Keep separate Offices and branches with their own members, accounts and records. The selected workspace determines the data you see. Owners assign roles and, where supported, branch or account scope; staff work within that assignment. Switching workspaces does not combine their balances or give another Office access to your history.

## Cash, bank and wallet accounts kept distinct
Organize cash locations and provider accounts by branch and currency. Record the opening position and movements with an evidence trail. Read cash, bank and wallet balances separately: a transfer between your own accounts is not new income, and amounts in different currencies are not added into a misleading total.
## A record for each service
Capture the service type, provider reference, amounts, charges and permitted evidence. Review the transaction status before treating it as complete. Failed or pending work needs its own follow-up; corrections use the available reviewed workflow so the original entry remains explainable. Actual payments still use your authorized provider channels.

## Shifts with actual observations
Open a shift with observed cash and every assigned bank or wallet account, then record checkpoints and a fresh closing round. Compare expected and observed amounts for each account and currency. Investigate differences, keep evidence and request an independent close where policy requires it. A shortage case does not automatically become a staff debt or a payroll deduction.

## Transfers and handovers with a recipient
Track the source, destination, custodian and receiving person instead of relying on an informal message. Acceptance, rejection and unresolved differences remain part of the history. A persistent difference carried into a successor shift keeps its original case and evidence; a fresh observation supplies the current position.

## Approvals that retain the reason
Separate preparation, review and posting where the operation requires it. The reviewer checks the current version, evidence and reason. Changes after review may require another approval. Solo-operation settings are explicit and restricted; being an owner does not silently bypass every control.
## Expenses, advances and staff pay
Use the expense and advance workflows to document money out and its purpose. Staff Pay supports dated rate versions, allowances, manual deductions, reviewed pay runs, recorded payments and corrections. Staff can read their own posted payslips when authorized. Budget plans support comparison; creating a budget does not pay anyone or post an expense.
## Reconciliation before assumptions
Compare provider records with operational entries, identify matched and unmatched items, and preserve exceptions for review. A provider statement, an internal entry and a physical cash count answer different questions. Use them together to investigate timing, missing services, fees and mistakes.

## Reports with a defined scope
Select dates, branches, accounts and report types before interpreting a result. Review the currency and included statuses, then export the available CSV, spreadsheet or PDF format. Operating Costs separates operational costs from items such as float and owner drawings so money leaving an account is not automatically labelled a loss.

## Guidance on the page you are using
Open page help for prerequisites, steps, expected results and common mistakes. The Help Centre provides searchable English and Kiswahili articles. Available links follow your access. Support requests retain a reference and a conversation; avoid including credentials or unnecessary customer information.

## AI assistance under your control
The assistant can explain published guides and, with the right access, selected reports. External AI needs an enabled policy, a configured provider and available allowance. You review any displayed-page excerpt and explicitly choose whether to share it. AI advice does not approve, post or transfer money; check its sources and follow the normal review process.

## An app experience on your device
Use the public Apps page to see the available installation options for your browser. The installed web app uses the platform identity and the same account permissions. It still needs a connection for private workspace data and financial actions. An old icon may need a browser refresh or reinstall after a branding change.

## Teller Counter for one customer at a time
Use a focused teller screen for customer deposits and withdrawals. Select the authorized cash and provider accounts, enter principal and show customer charges separately. Provider deductions are explicitly treated as a business expense or customer pass-through. Account and currency previews are estimates for review; they do not execute a bank or mobile-money transfer or recognize a forecast commission.

## Bulk Teller Entry with a review for every row
Prepare several customer services in an editable saved draft, including different authorized bank or mobile accounts. Resolve each row’s validation errors and review the running cash and float estimates. Submission sends rows into the governed transaction workflow with frozen financial details; owner settings determine the required review. Posted records keep their history and use linked corrections instead of being edited as drafts.
